Bench Press 405 for 2 Reps



   

     I am on Week 9 of 10 of my current Bench Press Program and I achieved a great milestone when I once again got back over the 400 lb. mark!  My one critique would be that I need to tuck my legs back behind the bench more so I can get a little more leg drive.
